About Me & The Wise One Approach.
I’m Sophie – an Education Companion and Brain Coach with a Master’s degree in Architecture from Cambridge University and top A-levels in Geography and Geology. I specialise in cognitive skills coaching, education support, GCSE Geography and helping children —especially those who are neurodivergent or struggling with motivation—discover how their minds work best.
Through creative techniques like memory palaces, storytelling, and visual mapping, I make learning dynamic, personal, and effective. Sessions are tailored with care and connection, and my students regularly see dramatic improvements in their grades and confidence.
Currently completing specialist training in ADHD and neurodivergent coaching, I bring both warmth and rigour to every session. My approach? Coach the child and their brain to work as a team—and watch them thrive.
