Sophie
About Me & The Wise One Approach.
I am an educator, support, and coach for parents and children. My work brings together a lifetime of curiosity, study, and practice into one clear purpose: to help families find clarity, joy, and wisdom in the everyday realities of parenting.
A straight-A student throughout school and college, I went on to earn a Master’s degree in Architecture at the University of Cambridge. Alongside this academic foundation, I’ve spent the last decade immersed in research and training on parenting, executive function, motivation, body–mind awareness, and strengths-based approaches to learning.
I bring both professional insight and lived experience to my work. Parents tell me they value my ability to see the big picture while also focusing on the small, practical steps that create meaningful change. My approach is thoughtful, compassionate, and deeply rooted in helping families feel understood and supported.
Through my work at Wise One Parents Lab, I integrate evidence-based tools with creative, mindful practices to support parents in raising children who can thrive on their own terms.
