About Parents Lab
Parents Lab is a science-informed parent coaching, skills and support programme.
It provides educational information, practical tools, guided reflection and coaching support.
Parents Lab is designed to help parents explore their own experiences, understand family patterns and develop practical ways of responding within their family life.
It is not a diagnostic, medical, psychological or therapeutic service. Further information is provided in the Disclaimer section below.
Who can purchase Parents Lab
Parents Lab is intended for adults purchasing the programme for themselves and/or their household.
Where household access is included with a particular purchase, the access is intended for the members of that household and may not be transferred, resold or shared outside the household.
The Core Course
The Parents Lab Core Course currently includes:
six modules;
24 video guides;
six downloadable, fillable Handbooks;
the Parents Lab Toolbox;
curated further learning and resources;
practical exercises, reflections and tools.
The precise content of the programme may evolve over time as Parents Lab develops.
Access to the course
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant offer page, access begins when your purchase has been successfully completed.
The course is designed to be worked through at your own pace.
Access may be subject to the availability of the website and third-party technology providers. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
Coaching
